What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of shipments within the US are 2-5 business days. Orders outside of the US will be shipped within 7-10 business days. 

What countries does Lois ship to?

Lois ships to north, mid and south America. Shipping is free.

How do I search for articles?

Type the name, model, color or fit you are looking for in the search bar at the top right of our webshop. You can also search on category from our dropdown menus under ‘women’ or ‘men’.

Can I change my order?

Once the order is placed, you cannot make any further changes to it.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed you can no longer cancel it.

How do I get a copy of my invoice

We do not send invoices, however the purchase receipt is valid and will be sent with your package.


What payment methods does Lois offer?

At Lois you can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Maestro Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, that's possible. Choose the option Shop Pay or American Express/ Mastercard/ Visa


The currency that you can pay in is automatically decided based on your location.

Can I exchange an item?

No, items cannot be exchanged, if you wish to receive a different size please place a new order on our webshop. For more information about returns, please check our return policy. 

My item is defective, now what?

Use the return form to indicate your item is faulty, and ship it back to our warehouse. You can contact us directly at for a new item.

I have not received a return form.

If your package does not contain a return form, please send an email with your name, order number and return request to and you will receive a return form.

When do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, it will take 2-5 business days to process the refund.


Which delivery options can I choose?

All our shipments are sent with Fedex.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once the order is confirmed, changes can no longer be made.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally. The delivery costs are calculated during the check-out based on your country and total order value.

There is no warranty on Lois products, however if something is faulty please contact us directly at

Product care

All items include washing instructions inside the label. We recommend washing denim as little as possible, and never using the dryer.

You can use the search function at the top right of the website, here you can look for specific jeans, washes or fits.

What are the differences between al models?

We offer four type of fits: Flare, Straight, Skinny and Wide. When clicking on a product, you can see the model’s unique specifications.


Product or size is not available?

We are constantly restocking items, however demand is high and often we sell out of certain items quickly. To be sure you can always double check with us by sending the link of the item you’re looking for and the size you need.
